Imagename: | PFI Replacements in Pudsey, West Yorks |
Image Description: | This footpath from Pudsey rail station to the main stret and Owlcoates centre is having it's lighting changed under the Leeds PFI scheme. The original lanterns are Phillips MI70/XGS201's mounted on Abacus raise-and-lower columns running 35w SOX per lantern.... with the odd casual replacement of Phillips XGS103's, and an unidentified SON lantern. The new columns are galvanised Abacus R&L columns with Phillips Residiums running 55w PL-L lamps. At the time of this lot of photos, three columns with Residiums were operating - three old columns along this footpath and one in the carpark have been disconnected. These Phillips XGS201's are the only lanterns of this type in West Yorkshire. |
