Hi all, I'm Sam from Buckinghamshire.

Im a street lighting technician by trade; while I wouldnt say I was a fan of street lighting per se, its surprising the effect even the wrong sort of lantern or column choice can have on the appearance of an area.. so in a sort of way, I am a fan of *good* street lighting

Welcome Sam, and I totally agree with you (and to be honest I think a few others here would too!). I think there are a few areas where a poor choice of lantern and/or column combination have resulted in a less-than-brilliant appearance
