Hello Everybody,

Well, I've joined you (again) here on UKASTLE, and the moderators have been very nice in welcoming me back into the fold; although I don't think that it had been called UKASTLE when I was last here.   :D

You’ve all been posting on some interesting subjects, along with  some very nice photos, so I thought I'd have a nose and hopefully make some kind of useful contribution when, and where I can.

As some of you will know, I've been down-sizing my own collection, and one or two of you have benefited from that. To update you, I'm still sorting through stuff and this is currently going onto eBay to be disposed of. (A little self advertising there ;) ).

Just as a side note to those familar with my Nott'm set up; I can now get into both garages without moving loads of lanterns, and can see virtually all that's in there, although a third garage has been used to achieve this feat. That just leaves the two garages in the West Midlands to sort out!

I still have an active interest in the lighting scene, although, I'm nowhere near as pro-active as I used to be in collecting lanterns and equipment. This doesn't mean I've stopped collecting, it just means that I have to be a lot more selective in what I acquire these days

Anyway, It's nice to be back, and thank you for having me.

Claire

Well having seen this for myself 1st hand, to be able to see what is in there is no mean feat indeed! :D

Welcome Claire, Ukastle will no doubt benefit hugely from your input, we look forward to it.

Welcome back, Claire :D

I take it the woman you rent the second Nott'm garage from is not wanting it back anytime soon ;) ...  But being able to clear things so you can actually get inside must have taken some doing!

UKASTLE has nowhere near the content of the second UKASTLE forum yet, but hopefully it won't be long before we're fully back on our feet. Welcome back Claire  8-)

Hi Nick; I know this is the wrong forum, but these are the current items for disposal on Ebay:

Phosco, Mazeteam; It was an absolute mammoth task, and one that took me several weekends to achieve. Hopefully, I will be able to hang onto the rented garage for a while longer, but just to see what’s in their makes such a difference.

Anyway, thank you all for your kind welcome messages.
