Your Streetview link is not the same stretch, the columns are different, and there are still MA60s if you spin the view round on Streetview.

I may have mentioned this in the dim distant past (over 10 years ago) but there are still GECZ953855W SOX lanterns on the underside of the over bridge at the M25/M26/A21 Chevening interchange, original to its construction in 1980. Obviously long out of use - and more above the other carriageway.

Wow, never removed. I remember back in the days when those still worked. That was a very long time ago.

Up near where the A34 meets the M40, a few of the Lumas have been replaced with Indo Air2 lanterns, so evidently there were some failures.

Well, pretty much all of the Lumas on the A34 approach to the M40 always dayburn.

So the M25 the Urbis Sapphires on the northern section were being replaced in 2021
But between driving in early May 2022 and early February 2023 virtually no significant work was done,possibly because of Manufacturing shortage with the only places I noticed change was the CU Phosco p861 near Bell Common Tunnel that were twisted sideways
(Possibly done by Storm Dudley or Storm Eunice in February 2022) were fixed and facing downwards.

Where I would say about 70% of street lights are  now LED.

These lanterns are indeed Holophane V-Maxes, most notably the new versions.
