All were recently replaced with what seems to be ASD Highway Diamonds.

Your Streetview link is not the same stretch, the columns are different, and there are still MA60s if you spin the view round on Streetview.

Traffic Cameras are showing new LED replacements on that stretch.

I may have mentioned this in the dim distant past (over 10 years ago) but there are still GECZ953855W SOX lanterns on the underside of the over bridge at the M25/M26/A21 Chevening interchange, original to its construction in 1980. Obviously long out of use - and more above the other carriageway.

Wow, never removed. I remember back in the days when those still worked. That was a very long time ago.

Up near where the A34 meets the M40, a few of the Lumas have been replaced with Indo Air2 lanterns, so evidently there were some failures.

Well, pretty much all of the Lumas on the A34 approach to the M40 always dayburn.

So the M25 the Urbis Sapphires on the northern section were being replaced in 2021
But between driving in early May 2022 and early February 2023 virtually no significant work was done, possibly because of Manufacturing shortage with the only places I noticed change was the CU Phosco p861 near Bell Common Tunnel that were twisted sideways
(Possibly done by Storm Dudley or Storm Eunice in February 2022) were fixed and facing downwards.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/zUa2BvxWCB1zktoN7?g_st=ic
And aswell the SOX at junction 25 was removed
and some of it replaced as the junction was rebuilt.
https://www.google.com/maps/@51.6828567 ... 04&g_st=ic
https://maps.app.goo.gl/TdL3Y4FsSRfPwPPi8?g_st=ic
Well since then the conversation project accelerated and a lot more lanterns were replaced Especially between J16 & J21a
Where I would say about 70% of street lights are  now LED.
Holophane V-Max and S-line are also used near J16. https://maps.app.goo.gl/LKvb2nC8WKUsqAJ86?g_st=ic
They were previously used near J28
https://maps.app.goo.gl/A52RJke2CqJVd7226?g_st=ic
Philips Milewide also still survive this could be the only place they were used on the Motorway network. https://maps.app.goo.gl/3o2vPs6hefVkjWnn6?g_st=ic
Urbis ZX4 haven’t been replaced but lanterns north of them have been replaced with V-MAX
Lanterns anti clockwise  are still Sapphires.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/Nq2Gfdno1EhMsyXQA?g_st=ic
Those Floodlights also still remain.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/eTWjJQBsW7X7cHRM7?g_st=ic
But the lanterns around them are all S-Line
Wonder what would replace the ZX4s and the floodlights.
More ZX4 plus a replacement Iridium still remain.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/L6sS6xkybJZmnyaW8?g_st=ic
CU Phosco P862 were used further along
Those Sapphires are all replaced.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/671iqgw3YE7HVc4F8?g_st=ic
Strange that P862s were used and not P861s like futher along or P860s near the HS2 works junction. https://maps.app.goo.gl/mizwpWyDNimGdN1s9?g_st=ic
Also this small stretch of the older surviving GEC? lanterns are now all P862.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/16azJgDbP5GXe9eu8?g_st=ic
Near J27 (M25/M11) and further along, the Sapphires that previously have only been replaced on one side of Motorway have been replaced on both since. https://maps.app.goo.gl/P2WUtuXVAfW1pqoy9?g_st=ic
On M11 the Iridiums still remain.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/sXiaw3Uudn8fpWy68?g_st=ic
J23 (A1M/M25) to J26 Is still mostly Sapphires.

Over to the A1M and the SOX installation near Hatfield is still going strong apart from the lights removed a couple of years back. https://maps.app.goo.gl/RxakRB5Kz6NyXv927?g_st=ic

Now to the southern section of the M25
Where a few possibly failed Trafficvisons were
Replaced with Philips LumiStreet gen2.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/5BhfGHooMs5hmFmk6?g_st=ic
Since Junction 10 (A3) is being rebuilt this meant columns supporting SGS 204 in the central reservation were removed near the junction.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/8kAct4wAMEuqKXYy9?g_st=ic
On the M4 Near J5 Slough three columns with SGS204 still survives after the (not so)Smart motorway works as well as some Alpha 8.
https://maps.app.goo.gl/dDCpBHVhJ1bvemwe6?g_st=ic
https://maps.app.goo.gl/nrbgqW78j31NYjUC8?g_st=ic
And some Iridiums.

A real blast from the past here, from a Facebook group called British Road Scenes 1955-1995! The old M63 motorway at Cheadle in 1985, lit by what look like Alpha 6s!

On the newest section of the M60 opened in 2000, the original Urbis ZX3 and Philips TrafficVision lanterns have been replaced by LED lanterns that look like a cross between Phosco P860 and Holophane V-Max. https://www.google.com/maps/@53.5048423 ... ?entry=ttu

These lanterns are indeed Holophane V-Maxes, most notably the new versions.

And something, to add on, the MA60s further down between J24 and J25 are still there as of the latest Street View update.
