Happened a few times in Bracknell, few street had their gen1 Lumas swapped out for gen2 Lumas or some street got brand new Luma gen1s in 2020 after only 3 years in service.
Greenham Wood
Philips Luma gen1 replaced by gen 2 in early 2021,
Less than 4 years after being installed in 2017.

Vandyke got new Luma gen1 in late 2020 after lamppost replacement.
The old ones were put on new columns but were replaced to new shiny ones few days later. Same thing happened on a few street including Wordsworth. So I assume it may have been case of a faulty batch.
Beedon Drive also got Luma Gen2 in summer 2021 while neighbouring street like Eddington Road had kept its Gen1s now both have had some of their old 80s columns replaced but kept their existing street lights.

On Birkdale Luma gen 1s were replaced by gen2s and are still on 70s Eleco
Columns which BFC is currently slowly replacing.

Mini Iridium LED on Lynwood Chase were fitted in about 2013/2014 but were replaced in 2019 by Luma gen1. https://maps.app.goo.gl/21gRwc4cEWmUUVBk8?g_st=ic
Interestingly the Mini iridiums were reused in few places
Including a footpath of Willoughby Road.

And as casually replacements in Jennets Park area of Bracknell which is still mostly SON lit.

On Hanworth Road some Iridiums gen3  were replaced to Luma gen2 after the roundabout was reconstructed even though the street lights were not touched. The rest (apart from one that failed and another that got hit by a  car) are still there.
A stretch of Irdium gen 3 were replaced in 2018 only 2 years after being installed on Western Road, When The LED upgrade reached the road.

On Market Street the Lumas were replaced by Axia 3 one of them is an Axia 3.2 (installed in February) while the other are Axia 3.3. (Installed in May) I believe that they are temporary lantern installed by the developer as the rest of the street has retained the Lumas just on new columns.

In Central London, I just discovered some iGuzzini Wows which have been replaced with DWW Kirium Pros on St Botolph Street sometime between February 2018 and May 2019. The former were installed sometime between May 2015 and June 2016, so they only lasted 3-4 years.

Same thing happened to the iGuzzini Wows in front of the Leadenhall Building installed in 2013 ( the year of manufacture is on the column)
Replaced in 2018/2019.
